What do you love about American Sprinkler Repair? They answered the phone when I called after hours, came to my house when it was freezing, got our house water back on and turned of the sprinkler. They called a few days later when the weather cleared and got everything fixed up for us. They were great to work with. We highly recommend this company.

This company is the best sprinkler company we have ever had come to our house. They were efficient and found the problem within the first 15 minutes. There were things we did not know were wrong that they found, they fixed all of our issues in the first 1.25 hours!!!! I thought their hourly rate was high until they came to our house, it actually cost us less than we had paid in the past. When you are paying by the hour, it helps when the technicians know what they are doing and are able to fix the problem quickly. Awesome company, I would highly recommend.

Good Job!!!! I had two other companies attempt to repair the problem with my sprinkler. Half of our sprinkler would not come on and no one could resolve the issues. American Sprinkler came out and had the problem located and resolved in about two hours!!! They were wonderful and very professional.

These guys are outstanding!! I made the mistake of hiring [compny name edited] and it was dreadful. They spent 6 hours trying to find a valve that American Sprinkler found in 15 minutes. The other guys charged me, never fixed the problem and disappeared. Cindy has all of the latest equipment and was able to make my repairs the first time. I would highly recommend them!

I live in Pensacola, Florida and found Cindy's company on the web. I sent an email asking for help to remove well water rust stains from brick siding, seems no one here knows how to do it. Later that evening, after work hours I think Cindy called me to say Texas is too far for her to help but I might try a "certain product" and I have found in my local Wal-Mart store. It is unusual for a company to go this far to help someone when the company will not make any money. Shows me if she will do this for free what wonderful service I would get if she could do the work for me.

I had a bad water leak in my back yard and called American Sprinkler Repair they came the same day and fixed my problem! They also made me aware of two more problems that i didn't know i had. They were able to fix everything that same day, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I was amazed with the inventory of parts on that big truck!

I checked around and found good reviews with American, which is why I went with them. I must say the comments I read were all true. American Sprinkler, Mark, made contact with me as they promised they would, arrived in a timely manner and corrected all of my problems, along with a couple I was unaware of. They had to perform extra work to remove a shrub, which happened to be covering one of my breaks, with little or no damage to the shrub. All work was excellently performed and the cost was very reasonable. The will be my first choice from now on for sprinkler issues. Give them a try.

I had these folks out to do a valve repair. They quickly tackled that and upon inspection of the entire system found several heads that were broken and/or would not automatically go down when the cycle was over. I had them replace those and was surprised at how fast they completed the job. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We had American Sprinkler Repair come to our house because of their excellent reviews. We had an issue during the recent freeze. Our house water had been turned off by the city because of a leak in our sprinkler system. I called them after hours, Cindy answered the phone and we set a time to come out the next morning. I received a phone call the next day, they came out and were able to locate the sprinkler cut off and turn our house water back on. It was way too cold to do the repair that day but as soon as the weather was better, they called me to schedule a time to complete the repairs. I would highly recommend this company, they did an excellent job at a fair price. We have been ripped off by other sprinkler companies in the past so we are glad we were able to find American Sprinkler Repair.

Always reluctant to call service people to my house. I had a terrible experience with another local company, should have read their reviews before I called. We recently had a problem due to the freeze. I called several companies and had to leave messages, most never even called me back. I called American Sprinkler, they answered the phone and came out immediately because our water to the house was off. It was freezing outside with snow still on the ground. They were able to get the crisis fixed for us and we rescheduled for a warmer day to turn on the system to get everything else fixed. We paid the full service fee but they gave us a credit of 1/2 hour for the next trip. They called to schedule the very next week to get everything else fixed and brought some kind of electric tape to wrap the pipes so they did not freeze again. I would highly recommend. They were prompt, friendly and very professional.

Had several issues with our sprinkler system and looked online to read reviews of a company we could use. Found great reviews about this company so decided to call them yesterday. They called this morning, came out today, endured 100 degree temps and fixed all our problems with superb customer service. These are honest and hard working folks so thank you very, very much to Mark and Cindy for spending the day with me and fixing all kinds of issues we were not even aware of. I will NEVER call anyone else from this point forward. If you are reading my review, pick up the phone and call them now. You won't regret it!!!!

Talk about great service...wow! I've had these fine folks out on 3 separate occasions. 2 to fix what I couldn't figure out and one to do a general checkup for the year. Well worth every penny I've spent. They always are very professional and personal. They have everything they need to do the job right the first time with them. My sprinkler system has worked great since I've had them come and make it right. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone!

I'm not one to leave positive reviews normally, but I had to in this case. I am so impressed with this company. I had several big issues with a sprinkler system that had not been maintained. I received a fast call back and appointment to check it out. The company was here on time and fixed the system for much less than what I expected. It took about an hour to dignose and repair the entire system. I was really blown away it was fixed so quickly and was impressed again by the bill. Thanks!!

Excellent Company! I had no water coming to my house due to a water leak. I could not get anyone to come and take a look at my problem until I called American Sprinkler. They came out in the rain to take a look at my situation. They could not work under the current conditions but told me they would watch the weather and come back over if there was a break in the rain. True to their word, they came over as soon as it let up. They fixed my problem and saved the day! I will always use American Sprinkler and I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you American Sprinkler!

This company is well worth waiting for. They called the day before to remind us of our appointment and actually showed up when they said. When they arrived at our home, they immediately went to work and diagnosed the problems quickly. They found things we did not even know were wrong. They had everything repaired within the first hour. Awesome company! Mark (the head repairman) is very knowledgeable and works his butt off. Hes also friendly and communicates well. You get the sense that he cares and isnt trying to rip you off. They replaced about 9 or 10 valves and some heads in my 1970-something system got there around 8:30am and were done at 2:00pm. The price seemed very fair to me. Will definitely call them again in the future if need be.

I called this company because they were recommended to me. Wow, what a find!!! Nothing was coming on at our house, they found the problem within 5 minutes, checked the system, repaired all of our issues and were finished within the hour.
